Pritzker military museum & library visit
Join the University of Chicago's Office for Military-Affiliated Communities and MAG for a special visit to Chicago's Pritzker Military Museum.
The University of Chicago's Office for Military-Affiliated Communities (OMAC) and Military Affinity Groups board members with be visiting Chicago’s Pritzker Military Museum, Wednesday, February 19th at 3pm. The Pritzker Military Museum & Library is a non-profit museum and a research library for the study of military history on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. The institution was founded in 2013, and its specialist collections include material relating to Winston Churchill, "She's a Wow!: Women's Service Organizations in World War II", work depicted by the Navy Seals, and a Normandy exhibition.
This event is open to all alumni and guests! Entry to the museum is $5 at the door.
Information about the Museum
Admission to the Museum & Library is $5. Admission is free for members and all visitors with active military ID, Chicago police and fire departments and children under 18.
The Pritzker Military Museum & Library is located across from Millennium Park and the Art Institute of Chicago. There are nearby CTA subways and elevated lines, CTA bus lines (on Michigan Ave. and State St.), and Metra stations.
Cost: Registrants will pay $5 at the door when arriving at the museum.
